Training Manager

About the role

IntouchCX is seeking a Training Manager to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of professional development programs for one of its largest initiatives. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on supervision of a dedicated Training and Development team, and includes international travel.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive training and professional development programs.
• Create an inclusive learning environment that drives employee engagement and leadership growth.
• Oversee delivery of computer‑based training and learning solutions.
• Lead orientation and onboarding for new managers and support staff.
• Develop training policies, manuals, multimedia aids, and web‑based learning materials.
• Select, supervise, evaluate, and train the internal staff development team.
• Manage contracts with external software providers, vendors, and guest speakers.

Required profile

• 3‑year degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, including facilitation and delivery.
• Proven leadership and management abilities in a training environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, conflict resolution, and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid travel documents for international travel.
