Trainning Specialist

About the role

The Training Specialist will design, implement and monitor training and talent development processes, ensuring that employees acquire the technical, functional and leadership competencies required to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs aligned with current and future organizational challenges.
• Identify competency gaps and translate them into targeted learning solutions.
• Develop training plans, manage learning management system (LMS) platforms and digital training tools.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and use data analysis to continuously improve programs.
• Collaborate with leaders to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Recent experience designing training plans and evaluating their impact in dynamic environments.
• Proactive, creative, organized and results‑oriented mindset.
• Innovative approach to learning solutions and ability to influence senior leaders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience using digital training tools.
• Strong data analysis and KPI measurement capabilities.
• Instructional design knowledge (preferred).
