About the role
BairesDev is seeking a Travel Coordinator to manage travel arrangements for clients and employees worldwide. The role supports flight, accommodation, transportation, and itinerary planning while navigating diverse cultures and time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, and related services within budget constraints.
- Support cost projections, expense reporting, and identify savings opportunities.
- Maintain awareness of travel regulations, including passport and visa requirements, and assist with visa processes.
- Document travel processes and suggest improvements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in travel coordination or planning.
- Good level of English proficiency.
