About the role

As a Medical Visitor for Grupo Mercafarma, you will spend your day visiting doctors, clinics and hospitals to present the company’s pharmaceutical portfolio, reinforce scientific information and answer questions about product use. The role is full‑time, onsite and based in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala.

Key responsibilities

• Visit health professionals in their offices, clinics and hospitals to promote the product range.
• Explain scientific data, address usage queries and provide technical support.
• Plan daily routes, manage meeting schedules and follow up on medical recommendations.
• Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on promotional activities, trainings and medical events.

Required profile

• Residence in Quetzaltenango.
• University student or graduate in Medical Visit, Marketing, Business Administration or Health Sciences.
• 1–3 years of experience in medical visitation or a similar role.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Own a vehicle (mandatory).
