About the role
The Accounting Analyst will work closely with a client, receiving daily directives and assignments via email. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and a focus on streamlining accounting processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Post bills received by email each day, ensuring accurate records.
- Manage removal of outdated invoices and documents.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
- Attend all scheduled team meetings and meet deadlines.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- High English proficiency (B2 level).
- At least one year of experience in accounting roles.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks.
