Ad Platform Engineer (Remote)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain low‑latency, high‑throughput real‑time bidding systems.
• Implement and optimize header‑bidding strategies to improve auction dynamics.
• Integrate and manage complex connections with supply‑side and demand‑side platforms.
• Ensure compliance with IAB standards and OpenRTB protocols across all ad initiatives.
• Streamline data pipelines and infrastructure for precise targeting and fast delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to define scalable advertising technology standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on AdTech or programmatic advertising.
• Proven expertise with OpenRTB protocol and header‑bidding solutions.
• Extensive experience integrating SSP/DSP platforms and working with IAB standards.
• Strong ability to optimize latency for real‑time bidding environments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
