Administrative Accounting Analyst – Purchasing Support

About the role

The Administrative Accounting Analyst will provide essential support to the Purchasing department, ensuring that purchase orders, quotations, supplier information and related documentation are accurately managed, tracked and updated. This role contributes to the smooth flow of procurement processes and helps maintain orderly administrative operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor purchase orders from creation to completion.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of quotations, supplier contracts and related documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure timely filing and archiving of procurement paperwork.
• Assist in preparing reports on purchasing activities and financial data.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent in Administration, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
• Minimum six months experience in financial, accounting or administrative processes.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday 8:00‑17:00 and Saturdays 8:00‑12:00.
• Residence in Boca del Monte or nearby areas.
