About the role

The company, a pharmaceutical firm with 43 years in the market, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance function in Villa Canales. The role involves overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and investment activities.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, handling personnel management.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.

Required profile

• Graduated CPA (Contador Público Autorizado).
• Minimum 5 years experience as a financial chief or equivalent senior finance role.
• Proven ability to manage personnel and lead a finance department.
• Age between 35 and 45 years.
• Residence in Villa Canales or surrounding areas.

• Monthly salary of Q25,000 (60% base for statutory benefits, 40% additional compensation).
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
