Administrative Operations & Compliance Coordinator

About the role

Anchor Co-Living is seeking an Administrative Operations & Compliance Coordinator to keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly across its CalAIM programs. The role sits at the center of referrals, authorizations, billing, EHR workflows, audits, reporting, onboarding, and housing partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily census, monitor occupancy trends and produce accurate operational reports on schedule.
• Track referrals, intake bottlenecks, and support onboarding of new Managed Care Partners (MCPs) and services.
• Monitor EHR workflow adherence, resolve documentation gaps, and coordinate audit preparation.
• Maintain claim, payment, authorization, and denial trackers; identify and escalate unusual trends.
• Onboard housing partners, collect occupancy updates, enter encounter notes into the EHR, and reconcile partner payments with Finance.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with CalAIM programs and requirements.
• Background in healthcare operations, managed care, care coordination, or housing services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines, follow‑through on missing items, and communicate clearly.

Required skills

• Strong Excel or Google Sheets for operational tracking.
• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Familiarity with referrals, authorizations, claims, billing, and documentation workflows.
