Remote Interpreter

About the role

We are seeking remote interpreters to assist non‑English speaking patients during medical encounters. Training is provided and no prior experience is required, but a strong command of English is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately interpret medical information from providers into the patient’s native language.
• Provide interpretation for physicians and healthcare staff when patients cannot speak or understand English.
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with policies and standards.
• Ensure quality service and positive interactions with patients, visitors, and healthcare providers.

Required profile

• 90% English proficiency and full‑time availability.
• Computer meeting minimum specs: Intel i5 (8th gen) or higher, 8 GB RAM, 10 Mbps internet, noise‑cancelling headset, and a dedicated quiet workspace.
• Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication, strong listening, retention, and note‑taking abilities.
