Agente de reservaciones

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Reservation Agent to join our hotel’s booking team. You will be the first point of contact for guests seeking accommodation, providing friendly and efficient service in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation calls and online inquiries.
• Enter and manage bookings in the hotel reservation system.
• Confirm reservation details, rates, and special requests with guests.
• Coordinate with front‑desk and housekeeping to ensure room availability.
• Process payments and issue confirmations.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and generate daily reports.

Required profile

• High school graduate (diversified level).
• English proficiency at approximately 80%.
• Availability to work in Zona 15, Guatemala City.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage several requests simultaneously.

• Proficiency in English (approximately 80% level).
