Analista Comercial – Gestión de CRM y Análisis de Ventas

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Analyst to join our regional team. The role focuses on managing and optimizing the regional CRM system and providing data‑driven insights to support strategic decisions and improve sales effectiveness across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and provide support for the Sales Farma CRM in all countries of the region.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales team effectiveness.
• Analyze visit productivity and commercial routes, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate medical visit effectiveness and deliver concrete data for decision‑making.
• Conduct targeting and sizing analyses to segment strategic customers and optimise commercial coverage.
• Ensure proper CRM implementation within promotion and sales processes.
• Maintain the quality, reliability and continuous update of the doctors and client database.
• Manage the loading and updating of quantitative and qualitative information in the system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Business Intelligence, commercial analysis or similar functions (mandatory).
• University degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Power BI and QlikView.
• Experience with platforms such as Close‑Up, IQVIA and Salesforce is a plus.
