About the role
We are seeking a Sales Trainer with BPO experience to deliver sales training, develop employees’ selling skills, and prepare new hires for production.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver sales training programs to BPO teams.
- Develop and enhance employees’ selling skills.
- Prepare new hires for production environments.
Required profile
- Previous experience in sales and training.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of sales KPIs, coaching, and performance management.
