About the role
The Quality Analyst will support the verification of controls throughout the production process, from raw material receipt to finished product dispatch. This position works within a multicultural environment serving airline and airport catering operations across the Caribbean and Latin America.
Key responsibilities
- Verify and document quality controls from raw material entry to product exit in the production plant.
- Assist in conducting supplier audits to ensure compliance with standards.
- Inspect industrial kitchens located off‑site from the main production facility.
- Support the hygiene department by monitoring sanitation practices.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented individual with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural team.
- Willingness to travel to off‑site kitchen locations as needed.
