About the role
We are looking for an Inventory Control Analyst to join our Supply team. The role focuses on ensuring inventory integrity, traceability of processes, and loss control within our logistical and production operations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and validate consistency between physical inventories and ERP (SAP) systems.
- Control raw materials in transit and track expiration dates.
- Document logistical losses and inventory variances.
- Execute pre‑inventories and support internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with warehouse, distribution, production, and quality departments to maintain operational continuity.
- Record and control data in SAP, ensuring information traceability.
Required profile
- Closed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Experience or knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP (MM, WM or PP).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Analytical ability to interpret logistics, inventory, and loss control data.
- Basic English.
- Proactive, curious, detail‑oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
