About the role

The Compliance Analyst is responsible for reviewing, monitoring and analysing company operations, files and transactions to ensure they adhere to applicable laws, regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Review physical and digital client files to confirm completeness, accuracy and currency.
• Validate documentation of individual and corporate clients according to established checklists.
• Analyze compliance requirements using internal forms and controls, including the FEIC form.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies or omissions and promptly communicate findings to the commercial area.
• Validate payment methods in line with company policies.
• Verify client‑provided information such as tax IDs, patents, receipts and other supporting documents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting & Auditing or Legal Sciences.
• At least 2 years of experience as a client analyst, auditor, compliance assistant, risk manager, or in credit and collections.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday and a half‑day on Saturday in zone 4.
• Preferred courses or workshops on regulatory compliance, anti‑money‑laundering and terrorism financing, or risk management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Business One (essential).
• Technical knowledge of AML/FT regulations, document review, risk identification and detection of unusual operations.
