About the role

The Compliance Officer Substitute will support the main Compliance Officer in monitoring, executing, and controlling regulatory compliance processes, especially those related to anti‑money laundering (AML) and counter‑terrorism financing (CTF). The role involves reviewing client files, identifying unusual activities, and ensuring internal policies are followed.

Key responsibilities

• Review digital and physical client files for Yamaha and other brands.
• Verify client documentation and required forms.
• Validate information against the FEIC form and related checklists.
• Analyze FEIC forms and client documentation for compliance.
• Request additional information from the commercial area when needed.

Required profile

• Closed curriculum or degree in Public Accounting, Auditing, or Legal Sciences.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Client Analyst, Compliance Analyst, or Compliance Officer.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday and half‑day Saturday in zone 4.

Required skills

• Risk analysis and evaluation.
• Identification, assessment, and mitigation of AML/CTF risks.
• Proficiency with SAP Business One or a similar ERP system.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office.
