Analista de Demanda

About the role

The Demand Analyst will analyze and forecast product demand to support production, supply, and inventory planning, ensuring product availability and meeting commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify gaps between projected and actual demand, perform root‑cause analysis and suggest improvements.
• Provide data and insights for production and supply planning to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Assess risks of stock‑outs, overstock, obsolescence and low turnover, recommending preventive actions.
• Suggest enhancements to forecasting methodologies, tools and processes to increase forecast accuracy and supply‑chain efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Additional training in supply‑chain, demand planning, forecasting or data analysis is desirable.

Required skills

• Knowledge of demand planning and forecasting concepts.
• Understanding of inventory and production planning principles.
• Familiarity with forecasting methodologies and statistical analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
