Analista de Infraestructura IT

About the role

The IT Infrastructure Analyst will provide end‑user support and ensure the smooth operation of the company’s technology environment. The role involves continuous supervision, monitoring and maintenance of all assigned equipment and systems in the Escuintla office.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line support to end users and resolve technical incidents.
• Monitor, supervise and maintain the health of servers, network devices and virtual platforms.
• Manage user accounts, groups and permissions in Active Directory.
• Configure and troubleshoot advanced network components such as VLANs, routing protocols and Fortinet firewalls.
• Administer virtualization environments (VMware and Hyper‑V) and ensure optimal performance.
• Support ERP systems and related infrastructure.

Required profile

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related field.
• Previous experience managing IT infrastructure.
• Ability to work in a team, solve technical problems and communicate effectively.
• Availability to work on‑site in Escuintla and flexible with working hours.

Required skills

• Active Directory administration and permissions management.
• Advanced networking (VLANs, routing, Fortinet firewalls).
• Virtualization technologies – VMware and Hyper‑V.
• ERP system support.
