Analista de Planificación y Logistica

About the role

We are looking for a Planning and Logistics Analyst to ensure the timely and efficient supply of raw materials for our operations. The professional will analyze inventories, forecast demand, negotiate with suppliers and use data‑driven tools to support decision‑making across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate foreign trade and international logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with customs, regulatory and international trade requirements.
• Identify improvement opportunities to optimise time, cost and service levels.
• Monitor key performance indicators and develop result‑oriented action plans.
• Participate in transformation, digitalisation and process‑automation projects.
• Manage operational budgets and analyse savings and efficiency opportunities.
• Develop purchase plans based on projected demand and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with production to determine raw‑material needs.
• Perform periodic analysis of costs, inventory levels and supplier performance.
• Prepare reports that facilitate purchasing and planning decisions.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (C1‑C2).
• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Ability to use computer equipment and handle large data sets.
• Strong analytical and data‑visualisation capabilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
