About the role

The IT Analyst will ensure the proper functioning of the company's technology infrastructure, providing support, maintenance, and administration of equipment, networks, and computer systems.

Key responsibilities

• Control inventory of IT assets such as PCs, notebooks, printers, and accessories.
• Maintain firmware, telephone plant, CCTV equipment, and network devices.
• Administer the local domain and monitor cloud‑based servers.
• Plan, quote, and install new network installations across multiple locations.
• Track printer performance at all sites and manage warranties for hardware and consumables.
• Procure IT equipment and supplies.
• Oversee local and regional network operations, including administration, maintenance, implementation, and expansion.
• Manage network security policies, access controls, and limitations.

Required profile

• Experience managing IT inventories and hardware assets.
• Ability to coordinate installations and upgrades across several sites.
• Strong organizational skills for warranty and procurement processes.
