Analista II de Fidelización

About the role

We are looking for an Analista II de Fidelización (Loyalty Analyst II) to analyze and manage employee loyalty processes across various business units. The role supports the coordination, monitoring and execution of institutional events aimed at strengthening employee commitment and fostering a culture of engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and evaluate loyalty and culture projects focused on staff.
• Plan, organize and oversee corporate events, including supplier coordination, logistics, design, communication and resource optimization to ensure a positive attendee experience.
• Develop and deliver training workshops for employees.
• Monitor budgets, prepare reports and use statistical tools to track program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial/Clinical Psychology, Business Administration, Communication Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in employee loyalty initiatives, event logistics or training delivery.
• Strong communication skills, professional presentation and flexibility to work across multiple sites.
• Availability to travel occasionally and possession of personal transportation.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with databases, statistical analysis and reporting.
• Budget control and strategic planning capabilities.
