About the role

The IT Change Management Analyst II is responsible for controlling versioning and configuring applications across pre‑production and production environments. Using best practices, the role ensures correct implementation and continuous availability of critical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Execute version control and configuration of applications requested for environment changes.
• Deploy and configure services in pre‑production and production servers.
• Manage Windows Server and Linux operating systems, including certification and production environments.
• Provide technical support and incident handling for end‑users.
• Participate in technology development projects and apply agile methodologies.

Required profile

• Currently in the 7th semester of a degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Experience with production deployments, OS configuration, and technical support.
• Ability to work in agile project teams and handle incident resolution.
