Analista Senior de Compras

About the role

Fitbarz is looking for a Senior Purchasing Analyst to ensure seamless international logistics and maintain optimal inventory levels. You will own the full import cycle from China to Guatemala, manage local procurement, and keep all processes documented in Odoo.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate demand and maintain inventory within optimal ranges, avoiding stockouts and overstock.
• Manage the complete China‑Guatemala import process, meeting target timelines and complying with SAT customs regulations.
• Handle supplier claims for damaged or defective products and ensure timely resolution.
• Process local purchases of furniture, supplies and other goods through the Odoo ticketing system.
• Document each import and keep project checklists up‑to‑date in Odoo’s Projects module.

Required profile

• Proven experience in demand planning and inventory management.
• Familiarity with ERP or management systems similar to Odoo for project and ticket tracking.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to follow up with international suppliers.
• High attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance.
• Organized, results‑oriented, proactive and open to feedback.
