Analyst, Vendor Relations (Third Party Risk)

About the role
The Third‑Party Risk Analyst will assess, monitor and manage risks linked to Western Union’s vendors, suppliers and service providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct due‑diligence reviews and risk assessments for prospective and existing third‑party vendors.
- Analyze vendor questionnaire responses, identify risks, document remediation requirements and track issue closure.
- Perform periodic reviews of vendor risk profiles, monitor emerging risks and compliance concerns.
- Present risk findings to business units and collaborate with Information Security, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, Treasury and other stakeholders.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational abilities.
- Experience or knowledge in third‑party risk management, information security, compliance or related fields is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and frameworks such as DORA, NIST, ISO 27001 or FFIEC.
