About the role

The Salesroom Host will be the first point of contact for visitors in the real‑estate sales showroom. The person greets clients, understands their needs and directs them to the appropriate sales advisor while providing general information about the project, its amenities and location.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and receive clients in the salesroom.
• Identify client needs and refer them to the suitable commercial advisor.
• Provide general information about the development, amenities and location.
• Assist in scheduling appointments, follow‑up and attendance tracking.
• Maintain the salesroom and promotional materials in excellent order and presentation.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support events and promotional activities.
• Perform basic administrative tasks related to the commercial area.

Required profile

• Studies in Administration, Marketing, Business, International Relations, Communication or a related field.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales or reception, preferably in real estate, hospitality or retail.
• Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with office tools such as Excel and Word.
• Experience using email and CRM systems.
