About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Salesroom Host to welcome visitors in our real‑estate sales showroom. The role involves guiding potential buyers, providing information about the development and supporting the sales team with appointments and events.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and welcome clients in the salesroom.
• Identify client needs and refer them to the appropriate sales advisor.
• Provide general information about the project, its amenities and location.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, follow‑up and attendance tracking.
• Maintain the salesroom and promotional materials in an organized and presentable condition.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to support events and promotional activities.
• Perform basic administrative tasks related to the commercial area.

Required profile

• Studies in Administration, Marketing, Business, International Relations, Communication or a related field.
• Excellent personal presentation and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales or reception; experience in real estate, hospitality or retail is a plus.
• Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and to relocate to zone 2.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Familiarity with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
