About the role

We are looking for an Executive Architect to lead post‑delivery services for real‑estate projects in Zona 10. The professional will ensure warranty management, project follow‑up and deliver an outstanding client experience while balancing office work and field visits.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on ongoing real‑estate projects after hand‑over.
• Manage warranty claims and coordinate with contractors and developers.
• Conduct site visits (approximately 20% of time) to verify project status and address issues.
• Prepare and present reports, process documentation and performance dashboards.
• Provide high‑quality customer service to property owners, real‑estate agencies and contractors.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture (or Industrial Engineering).
• Minimum 1 year experience in the construction sector.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel to project sites.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Result‑oriented attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in documenting processes and creating presentation materials.
