Arquitecto – Consultor Técnico de Proyectos Industriales

About the role

The company seeks an Architect to provide specialized technical consulting for the review and validation of architectural and industrial projects. The role ensures compliance with current regulations, design standards, and client documentation requirements while coordinating with external consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate architectural drawings produced by external consultants for industrial projects.
• Verify compliance with applicable regulations for drawing preparation and delivery.
• Provide technical advice to consultants, architects, and engineering teams.
• Analyze technical documentation to ensure alignment with client guidelines.
• Prepare, adjust, and update architectural plans as needed.
• Create models and technical documentation using CAD/ BIM tools.
• Review construction details, specifications, and technical criteria before project hand‑over.
• Coordinate technical observations and follow up on corrections made by external consultants.
• Participate in technical coordination meetings to resolve observations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation in line with regulatory changes and client requirements.

Required profile

• Graduated Architect (Arquitecto graduado).
• Experience in architectural design, plan review, or technical consulting.
• Experience with industrial, commercial or large‑scale projects is preferred.
• Proven track record reviewing and validating third‑party drawings.
• Familiarity with regulatory approval processes, including CONRED where applicable.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
• High level of technical analysis, attention to detail, critical thinking, organization, and effective communication.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Revit.
• Strong understanding of norms and standards for drawing production and delivery.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and specialty plans.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing technical documentation.
• Architectural modeling capabilities.
• Knowledge of current construction regulations and documentation requirements for industrial projects.
