About the role

The Telemarketing HR Advisor will prospect B2B clients to identify companies that need recruitment, headhunting, payroll outsourcing, and other talent management services. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, setting appointments, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to businesses and potential clients.
• Research and maintain a database of prospective companies.
• Identify decision‑makers in HR, Administration, Finance and Management.
• Use LinkedIn, business directories and authorized sources to find prospects.
• Present the company’s services concisely and professionally.
• Qualify leads through targeted questions and record opportunities in the CRM.
• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.
• Track follow‑up activities, update prospect status, and generate regular commercial reports.

Required profile

• University student or graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications or related fields (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, prospecting or customer service.
• Experience selling business services, outsourcing, HR consulting or professional services is a plus.
