About the role

We are looking for a Sales Advisor specialized in financial products to join our business unit. The professional will be responsible for serving payroll clients, promoting a range of financial solutions and generating new commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Attend to existing, potential and new payroll clients.
  • Conduct follow‑up calls (telemarketing) to maintain client relationships.
  • Promote passive financial products and tailored solutions.
  • Manage commercial opportunities through to closure.
  • Achieve established sales targets.

Required profile

  • High‑school level education (graduated to medium level).
  • Minimum 1 year experience selling financial products (credits, cards, insurance, etc.) in banks, cooperatives or similar entities.
  • Strong commercial focus and goal‑orientation.
  • Ability to provide consistent client follow‑up.
  • Willingness to work onsite.
