About the role
The Retail Sales Advisor will greet and assist customers at the point of sale, providing knowledgeable advice on mobile phones and related technology to help close sales.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their needs.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, focusing on mobile devices and technology.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process and finalize sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends, to match mall operating times.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in retail.
- Strong interest in mobile phones and technology.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a responsible attitude.
- Availability to work weekends and mall schedules.
