About the role

The University of the Valley of Guatemala seeks a proactive Assistant of Attention and Liaison to provide comprehensive support to students, prospective applicants, and visitors both on‑site and remotely. The role ensures a warm, efficient service experience aligned with institutional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist students, prospects, and visitors through in‑person, phone, and digital channels.
• Inform and guide users about UVG’s academic programs, admission, and enrollment processes.
• Channel specialized inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Coordinate with Admissions and partner companies to follow up on prospects.
• Identify, register, and nurture new prospects, promoting UVG’s offerings.
• Support promotional and recruitment activities to meet enrollment targets.
• Manage administrative tasks for the UVG Enlace campus, including supplies, purchases, payments, facility opening/closing, and space reservations.
• Assist in planning, logistics, and execution of events, providing operational support and participant guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or a related field.
