About the role

The University of the Valley of Guatemala is seeking a dedicated Assistant of Attention and Liaison to provide comprehensive on‑site and remote support to students, prospective applicants, and visitors. The role ensures a warm, efficient service experience aligned with institutional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist students, prospects, and visitors through in‑person, telephone, and digital channels.
• Provide information on academic programs, admission, and enrollment processes.
• Channel specialized inquiries to the appropriate university departments.
• Coordinate with Admissions and partner companies to follow up with prospects.
• Identify, register, and nurture new student prospects, promoting the university’s offerings.
• Support promotional and recruitment activities to meet enrollment targets.
• Manage administrative tasks for the UVG Enlace campus, including supplies, purchases, payments, and facility opening/closing.
• Coordinate space reservations, event logistics, and operational requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
