About the role

The Assistant to General Management (Zone 5) supports the General Manager in daily administrative and financial tasks. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Guatemala and offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while developing financial and operational expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the General Manager’s agenda, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Handle incoming calls, maintain professional telephone etiquette, and act as the first point of contact for clients and suppliers.
• Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence in a clear, structured manner.
• Organize, file, and control documentation, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Assist in basic financial analysis, monitor key performance indicators, and support internal projects.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth operation of daily administrative processes.

Required profile

• Experience in executive or administrative assistance, preferably in a financial or accounting environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
