Assistant to General Management – Finance Professional (Zone 5)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant to the General Management (Zone 5) with a finance background to support the General Manager in daily operations. The role is based in Guatemala City and involves preparing financial reports, coordinating agendas, and ensuring smooth administrative and financial workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present financial reports and executive presentations.
• Manage the General Manager’s calendar, schedule meetings and organize logistics.
• Handle incoming calls, emails and internal/external communications professionally.
• Maintain and file administrative and financial documentation accurately.
• Track tasks and project progress across departments, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collect and consolidate data from various areas to keep records up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Education in finance, business administration or a related field.
• Experience in administrative and executive assistance.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality and ability to work under moderate pressure.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with clear communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word.
• Proficient use of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Effective email handling (e.g., Outlook).
