About the role
The Associate Global HR Services role supports the delivery of HR solutions for a multinational client. You will ensure HR data is processed accurately and on time while maintaining high quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Process HR data according to project deadlines and quality expectations.
- Interact with the client daily via phone and email to address HR‑related queries.
- Resolve HR issues promptly and collaboratively with the delivery team.
- Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and share specialist knowledge within the team.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of proven experience in the HR domain.
- Graduation (any field) is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Positive team player who can work independently as an individual contributor.
