Talent Management Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Talent Management Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve talent development initiatives across the organization. The role will support learning and career development programs, facilitate training sessions, manage learning records, and use data to evaluate the impact of development investments.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and support functions to identify talent development needs and recommend learning solutions.
• Support implementation of internal programs such as career path initiatives and leadership development experiences.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and learning activities, handling logistics, communications, and participant engagement.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to create specialized learning content.
• Design and develop engaging e‑learning courses using platforms such as Rise and other learning technologies, applying instructional design principles.
• Research and recommend innovative learning methodologies and best practices.
• Maintain accurate training records, learning databases, and employee development histories; track course completion, attendance, compliance, and progress using advanced Excel.
• Generate recurring reports and dashboards for operations and support functions, analysing data to assess effectiveness, impact, and ROI.
• Process documentation related to training activities, ensuring visibility for managers and leadership.

Required profile

• Fluent English (B2+).
• Flexibility to work onsite as business needs require.
• At least three years of university studies in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields, or two years in a first‑level leadership role.
• Experience in training delivery, facilitation, or learning coordination.
• Knowledge of talent development, competency development, and training needs analysis.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX‑MATCH, Pivot Tables, database management).
• Experience with Rise e‑learning authoring tool.
• Familiarity with Power Query, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Instructional design and e‑learning development interest.
