Auxiliar Administrativo

About the role

The Administrative Assistant will support the logistics management team by monitoring and controlling information related to materials, finished products and transportation. The role aims to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the company’s supply chain and to contribute to the overall performance of a leading agro‑industrial organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for logistics processes.
• Track and control data on materials, finished goods, and transport activities.
• Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports.
• Assist in preparing logistics documentation and scheduling transportation.
• Support inventory reconciliation and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely information flow.

Required profile

• Advanced studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar administrative logistics role.
• Residence in Siquinalá, Santa Lucía Cotz, Escuintla.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
