Auxiliar Auditoría – Soporte de Auditoría y Control de Inventarios

About the role

The Audit Assistant will support internal audit and control activities by reviewing, validating and analysing financial, operational and administrative information. The role contributes to ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and established controls.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and control material and inventory operations.
• Receive and dispatch goods, verifying quantities and accompanying documentation.
• Track shipments and receipts between distribution centres (CEDIS) and plants.
• Execute inventory control and follow‑up activities.
• Perform reconciliations with CEDIS and plants, applying adjustments within policy timelines.
• Maintain documentation of warehouse exits, including daily controls and monthly system integration.
• Monitor loading and unloading of units and identify inconsistencies.
• Prepare reports and keep operational information up‑to‑date.
• Ensure adherence to established controls and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience as a checker, assistant or similar in warehouse, logistics or audit.
• Completed studies in Business Administration, Auditing or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude and results‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel.
• Basic knowledge of SAP (preferred).
