About the role

The Warehouse Assistant will ensure the proper receipt, storage, preparation and dispatch of products at the Escuintla hub. The role focuses on maintaining order, cleanliness and safety while meeting productivity KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, load, unload and store products according to established procedures.
• Operate gas or electric forklifts to move and position goods.
• Verify quantities and conditions of incoming merchandise.
• Record inbound and outbound movements and support inventory counts.
• Prepare and organize orders for shipment and load them for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, orderly and safe work environment.
• Report any discrepancies, damages or incidents.
• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with additional operational tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 3rd grade of basic education.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Assistant or Delivery Assistant.
• Residency in Escuintla or nearby areas.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including half‑day Saturdays.
• Responsible, proactive, organized and process‑oriented.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (gas or electric).

• Base salary Q4,070 per month (including legal bonus).
• Additional performance bonus up to 10% of base salary.
