About the role

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, and dispatching spare parts, materials, and supplies. This role ensures accurate inventory control and timely provisioning to various company areas, contributing to operational efficiency and product preservation.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify merchandise, checking quantities, physical condition, and accompanying documentation.
• Classify, label, and store products in assigned locations.
• Prepare and dispatch spare parts and supplies for internal and external customers.
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse.
• Support physical, cyclic, and general inventory counts.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or any anomalies.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and conservation of spare parts.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.
• Follow internal procedures and occupational health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to guarantee timely material and spare‑part supply.

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehouse, stockroom, or inventory management roles.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and storage practices.
• Basic understanding of automotive spare parts (preferred).
• Ability to perform moderate physical effort and operational tasks.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
