About the role
The Supply Chain Assistant supports the execution of product acquisition processes, both local and international, coordinating with suppliers, customs agents, and internal logistics to ensure timely and efficient provisioning for the company.
Key responsibilities
- Manage local and international purchases, balancing quality and price.
- Create purchase orders in SAP and monitor their progress.
- Coordinate import logistics with customs agents and internal staff.
- Maintain continuous communication with suppliers, customs agents, and logistics operators.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing and logistics roles.
- University degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Customs Management or related fields.
- Basic English proficiency (preferred).
Required skills
- Proficiency in SAP for purchase order management.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
