About the role

You will support daily kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, efficient service, and assistance with food preparation in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform washing and sanitising of kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes.
• Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks as directed by chefs.
• Support front‑of‑house service, including order handling and cash register duties.
• Maintain a tidy and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow during peak periods.
