About the role

We are looking for a friendly, organized individual to assist clients with reservation inquiries, options, confirmations and ongoing service needs. The position is fully remote and requires strong communication, attention to detail and a professional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and reservation requests.
• Gather information regarding client needs and preferences.
• Research available options and services.
• Assist with reservations and confirmations.
• Provide accurate information and timely updates.
• Review reservation details and documentation.
• Assist with changes and special requests.
• Maintain accurate client records.
• Follow up on outstanding requests.
• Communicate with service providers when needed.
• Maintain professional customer service standards.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Reliable, professional and comfortable using computers and online platforms.
• Ability to research, organize information and follow up effectively.
• Previous experience in customer service, reservations or hospitality is helpful but not required.
