About the role
We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to support our airport and airline catering operations. You will work in a multicultural environment, helping to prepare, package, and serve meals while ensuring the highest standards of food safety.
Key responsibilities
- Perform mise en place activities to keep the kitchen organized.
- Dispatch catering services to clients, including airlines and airport cafeterias.
- Prepare and pack meals for airline lines according to specifications.
- Serve food to diners in cafeteria settings.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and other food safety regulations.
