About the role

We are looking for a Junior Purchasing Assistant to support the Technology department. This position offers a great opportunity for individuals eager to learn and develop professional skills in procurement and technology supply chain management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in purchasing equipment, accessories and technological supplies.
• Request and follow up on quotations from suppliers.
• Record and update purchase information in the procurement system.
• Track purchase orders and deliveries to ensure timely receipt.
• Maintain the department’s documentation and filing system.
• Support administrative tasks related to technology sourcing.

Required profile

• Complete secondary education and/or university studies.
• Previous experience in purchasing is desirable.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Organized, detail‑oriented and proactive attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
