About the role

We are looking for a Financial Planning Assistant to support the operational and administrative management of credit, budgets, and cash flows for our real‑estate development projects. The role ensures accurate preparation of bank forms, construction progress reports, and the financial documentation required for credit opening, control, and monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Complete and monitor bank credit application forms for real‑estate projects.
• Collect and organize documents requested by financial institutions.
• Maintain basic communication with banks for administrative procedures.
• Prepare construction progress reports in coordination with technical teams.
• Consolidate financial and technical information to present updates to banks and senior management.
• Assist in the preparation and updating of project budgets.
• Support the creation of projected cash‑flow statements, ensuring consistency between actual progress and estimates.
• Organize and archive credit files, budgets, and construction progress documentation.

Required profile

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in financial, banking, credit or budgeting areas.
