About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is service‑oriented, detail‑focused, and passionate about technology, enjoying the daily interaction with users to resolve their technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, classify, track and resolve tickets from users.
• Provide first‑level support for hardware, software, email, printers, Wi‑Fi and VPN incidents.
• Perform initial diagnostics and escalate complex cases with proper documentation.
• Manage inventory and control of technological equipment.
• Document solutions, procedures and support guides.

Required profile

• Technical or advanced student in Systems, IT or Networks.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support (junior level acceptable).
• Willingness to move between different sites.

Required skills

• Windows 10/11 and Office 365 (advanced user level).
• Active Directory (password reset, account unlock).
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, static IP configuration).
• Fundamental SQL Server queries.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Zendesk or similar.

What we offer

• Salary Q4,650.00 plus Q250.00 bonus.
• Monday‑to‑Friday work schedule.
