About the role

The Sales Assistant will work on the shop floor, providing personalized assistance to customers and supporting the store’s sales objectives. This position involves a mix of customer service, merchandising, and inventory tasks in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers in the store, ensuring a high level of service.
• Help achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain orderly, well‑organized displays and proper merchandising of products.
• Assist with receiving, dispatching, and delivering merchandise to customers.
• Support inventory control and product replenishment activities.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to request and confirm product availability.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
• Provide flexible support for various store operations as needed.

Required profile

• High‑school level education (Diversificado).
• Previous experience in sales and customer service.
• Strong service orientation and customer focus.
• Team‑player attitude with the ability to meet objectives.
• Dynamic, proactive, and responsible personality.
• Availability to work the required schedule.
